摘要：
The high pressure humid gas generator (HPHGG) is intended for creation of special standards and calibration test means in the hygrometry field. The HPHGG operation is described. The performances and metrological characteristics of the developed HPHGG are compared with analogous parameters of the existing HGG. It is shown that the considered HPHGG is characterized by the greater ranges of pressures and humidity.
