Competitive strategic factors of Chinese steel enterprises and positive analysis of enterprises' performance

摘要
The research and analysis of the competitive strategic factors of Chinese steel enterprises help to set up effective competition strategies and enhance the core competition ability of the enterprises, thus, stimulate the continuity development of steel enterprises. Through sampling, performance evaluation and classification of 70 large and medium Chinese steel enterprises and the statistical analysis of the relation between competitive strategic factors and Chinese enterprises performance, the way that Chinese top steel enterprises use various competitive strategic factors to achieve their research outcomes was found. This provides scientific evidences to Chinese steel enterprises in setting up effective competition strategies.
