The electronic Icarus: Some problems and some solutions in digitisation

摘要：
A discussion about the problems in digitization and their solutions was presented. These problems include funding, selection of material, authenticity, conservation, standardization and copyright. It was concluded that despite the advantages, digitization will not be a threat to printed books.
