Hardwood and softwood prices are expected to rise in North America and Europe. Parsons and Whittemore Inc. reported that its southern bleached softwood kraft (SBSK) list prices will rise to $430/tonne, northern bleached hardwood kraft (NBHK) pulp list price will be $420/tonne and its southern bleached hardwood kraft would be $410/tonne. The company plans same prices for both U.S. and Europe.
