摘要
The temperature fields of the membrane waterwall in burner zone of a 600MW boiler under different supercritical conditions are analyzed and calculated based on finite-element method. Bilinear quadrilateral is used in meshing the temperature field of the waterwall. Heat-flux density of the fire-facing side is sectionalized and calculated. The temperature of the working medium and the heat transfer coefficient in the tube are determined based on the actual temperature and pressure of the inlet medium and outlet medium of the waterwall. The temperature distributions of the waterwall under different supercritical working conditions are calculated. The cause of waterwall overheat is analyzed. The calculated results are compared with the measured values, and the error is small.
