摘要
The uncontrollable rheological behavior and structural instability limit the application and development of 3D printed calcium sulphoaluminate cement composites (CSACCs). In this study, potassium-based electrolyzed water (KEW) and sodium-based electrolyzed water (NEW) were introduced into 3D printed CSACCs to improve rheological behaviors with the purpose of optimizing the structure build-up. Experimental results show that the introduction of alkaline electrolyzed water can enhance the static yield stress, optimize the viscoelasticity, thixotropy and decrease the structure deformation. The static yield stress of the paste with NEW and KEW increased from 1313 Pa to 1670 Pa and 1944 Pa. Compared with NEW, the KEW can significantly improve the elastic modulus with the increase of the time. The structure deformation of the printed samples with NEW and KEW decreased from 10.88 % to 9.62 % and 6.38 %, with an amplitude of about 11.6 % and 41.4 %, respectively. In conclusion, the incorporation of electrolyzed water into 3D printed CSACCs demonstrates considerable potential, which can better regulate the rheological properties and is conducive to the structure build-up.
