摘要
The multi-hierarchical dynamic programming decision is available for restoration control problem of an extra-high voltage large power system. The multi-hierarchical optimizing is affected by the multi-factor queuing and classifying and multi-objective comprehensive decision, while this is not easy to be solved by traditional decision method. This paper presents a method of multi-factor fuzzy queuing and classifying synthetically and a method of multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive decision for optimum restoration plan in an extra-high voltage large power system. It is testified to be rational and efficient by the computer simulation of an actual power system.
