摘要
Using the basic structure of reluctance resolver as the cornerstone, a method was presented for optimizing the structure of the stator and rotor in order to improve the accuracy of resolver. Rules of selecting two key factors(the minimum air gap length and the gap scaling factor) were established by analyzing the influence of shape of rotor on resolver air gap flux density. In the stator structural optimization process, how the depth of the auxiliary slot on the stator teeth can impact the magnetic circuit and optimization results was also taken into consideration. Research shows that the best optimization result appears while the rotor's air gap scaling factor is 1.6 and its minimum air gap length is 0.6 mm. Introducing an auxiliary slot design on the stator core can effectively reduce the low-order harmonics, significantly reduce rotary transformer's harmonic content and produce more sinusoidal output voltage waveform. © 2015, Editorial Board of Journal of Tianjin University(Science and Technology).
