Strength analysis model for fibre filament-wound tubes with lining under inside pressure was studied. The whole model was divided into elastic stage and plastic stage if lining was assumed to be ideal elastic-plastic material, working strength and burst strength for fibre filament-wound tubes can be obtained by two stages, respectively. Two kinds of fibre filament-wound tubes with lining were calculated by theoretical analysis model, one was carbon fibre tube and the other was glass fibre tube, and failure mode of them were also forecasted. Hydrostatic test show that strength analysis model is consistent with test results.
