摘要
Both in national and in European regulations and rules defaults are contained of the technology for the installation of fire detection and fire fighting systems in rolling stock. These contain however no requirements regarding the verification for functionality, effectiveness and reliability of these systems. For this reason guidelines have been compiled by the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Brandmelde- und Brandbekämpfungstechnik in Schienenfahrzeugen (ARGE), which are presented in this publication. The experience shows that the proof procedures are practicably, at relative expenditure feasible and necessary. The ARGE guidelines achieved a large acceptance and are now an important component for the fire protection-technical evaluation in the permission process of rolling stock.
