摘要
The study on the resonant dipole-dipole interaction was presented. It was performed in the presence of dispersing and absorbing surroundings. Results showed that there was a time window for weak atom-field interaction, where the energy transfer followed a rate regime of the type obtained by ordinary second-order perturbation theory.
