摘要
A new kind of CNC machine tool for magnetic abrasive finishing complex surface is developed. Its principle, structure, composition, tool magnetic pole, digitizing measurement and NC - programming methods are described. By automatic digitizing measurement and NC - programming of mold surface, machining contrail can be obtained, which keeps fixed clearance between magnetic pole and workpiece surface. The machine tool uses rotating magnetic pole to attract and drive magnetic abrasives to rotate in high speed, and controls rotating magnetic pole to move along the surface of workpiece, thus the surface of workpiece is finished. The successful development of this kind of machine tool can realize the automatization of complex surface finishing.
