Classification and financing and investment methods about railway infrastructure projects

摘要：
By their characters, railway infrastructure projects can be divided into three sorts: public construction projects, working projects and fundamental projects. On the view of market laws, the composition of every sort of projects is different, so every sort of projects should apply different financing and investment methods, thereby facilitating the railway construction harmoniously and favourably.
