摘要
Packaging products evolve displaying various functions ranging from simple packaging methods, ease of use, ergonomic shape, point of sale marketing, weight and material reduction, protection against counterfeiting to reducing environmental impact. In the case of food packaging it is important that the packaging not only protects, but also ensures the quality and durability of the product. Consumer demand for convenient and high-quality food products are more and more increasing the impact of food packaging. Optimally designed and matched packaging can reduce the amount of food wasted. An important requirement in the selection of food packaging systems are the barrier properties of the packaging material. High barrier packaging helps to maintain rich flavors and aromas, creating a tightly closed system. © 2018, Wydawnictwo SIGMA-NOT. All rights reserved.
