摘要
Conductivity and the Hall effect are investigated in Fe/SiO2 granular films with a size of iron grains of about 40 A and their volume fraction x ranging from 0.3 to 0.7. The activation mode of conductivity is observed for x less than or equal 0.6. The field dependence of the Hall effect in both dielectric and metal samples correlates with their magnetization. The Hall resistivity is found to be proportional to the square root of the longitudinal resistance; this fact cannot be explained by the known models of the anomalous Hall effect (AHE).
