摘要
Based on the operating principles and transient characteristics of MMC (Modular Multilevel Converter), by comparing the short-circuit current of MMC and synchronous generators, and the short-circuit current calculation model of MMC is proposed. After analyzing the mechanism of MMC participating in the calculation of AC system short-circuit current, based on superposition principle, an iterative algorithm for short-circuit current of power grid with MMC is proposed. Finally, based on PSCAD/EMTDC, the effectiveness of the proposed calculation method is verified. © 2022, Solar Energy Periodical Office Co., Ltd. All right reserved.
