摘要
The welding gun is a key component of any gas metal arc welding (GMAW) system and is the most exposed to harsh conditions near the welding arc. In fact, operating temperature is one critical indicator of gun performance. It not only affects the longevity of consumables and gun components but also the welder's comfort. As such, lower operating temperatures of the front-end components promote less spatter buildup and better materials performance during welding.
