摘要
In order to study the optimization and matching between the suspension damper and the stiffness for a multi-axle heavy truck, a set of optical design methods are proposed based on the dynamics software ADAMS for the heavy truck's suspension system. Also, a frequency-domain simulation model of the 8×4 heavy truck is established in ADAMS environment. Then, the acceleration response vibration characteristics is analyzed under the condition that the truck drives on road level B with full load, Furthermore, the optimum parameters for the suspension system are gained by using the proposed optimal method. Finally, the validity of the simulation model for the truck and the efficiency of the proposed optimal method are verified by a real vehicle test. So, the research can provide important reference values for the integrated optimization and matching design of heavy truck chassis systems.
