摘要
A study was performed on fluorescence spectroscopy which analyzed microfluidic transport. The technique incorporated cross-correlation and two-photon excitation for the analysis. The speed and direction in which fluorescent dye molecules moved through channels of the microfluidic structures were also discussed.
