摘要
This manuscript discuss the issue of stabilization for positive 2D (two dimensional) fractional order continuous Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Systems represented by the Roesser model with fixed delays. Employing linear programming approach while establishing positivity constraint on the 2D fractional system in closed-loop, delay-independent stabilization conditions are introduced by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functions.
