摘要：
Based on the Shanghai Railway Bureau, a forecast system for passenger demand, a computer software, is developed in mechanism of Decision Support System. In order to improve the forecasting reliability and veracity, some advanced forecasting techniques are used in this system. It also includes the merits of friendly interface, flexible operation, multi-function and high safety.
