摘要
Sonochemistry has developed very quickly during recent two decades. The science of sonochemical synthesis of nanosized materials is reviewed in this paper. After a description of the fundamentals of sonochemistry, the progress on sonochemical sythesis of nanosized materials from the precursors of volatile metal organometallic compounds and metal salts was intruduced and discussed. Sonoelectrochemical methods of metal nanopowders and the sonochemical sythesis of inorganic - polymer composites were emphasized. Moreover, future prospect in application of ultrasound nanosized materials was presented.
