摘要
After years of economic slump, in the last few weeks and months economic researchers surpass each other in their forecasts. The constantly good economic situation shows its effects as well in the building and construction industry. Order books are well filled and the sector probably has managed the turnaround after more than one decade. If at all, companies in the construction industry increased their productivity during this period in the field of production and administration. In sales and marketing, however, the greatest potential in productivity and professionalism still is found unexploited.
