摘要
Process of smelting the cast iron in blast furnace has been considered. It has been shown that rational distribution of the charge materials plays very important role in operation of the furnace. Mathematical model of the process has been developed with the use of correlation methods. Theoretical foundations of improvement in controlling the charge material distribution have been created. Correction of charging the burden makes it possible to improve efficiency of blast furnace heat. Particularities in variation of gas-dynamic and thermal parameters of the charge materials and properties of the heat products can be determined.
