摘要
The sample in this thesis is typical mineral oil. Excitation spectrum characteristic and fluorescence spectrum characteristic of mineral oil are firstly analyzed, the concentration of mineral oil and fluorescence intensity are discussed, and then fluorescence signal detection system is designed. Photomultiplier is determined as the core device of fluorescence detection circuit through analyzing and contrasting photoelectric detection devices, and noise reduction and amplifying circuit is designed through analyzing and handling the noise of the fluorescent signal. After this system is completed, the working characteristic curve of fluorescence intensity and concentration of mineral oil is set up through experimental measurement, which takes NO. 0 diesel oil as the sample. The experimental result shows that this system has very good reliability.
