摘要：
Aiming at the hollow profile of single plastics, a CAD system for the plastic profile extrusion die is presented. The algorithm on the main design parameters is introduced, and the knowledge-based way to choose material-provided method for inner-ribs intelligently is put forward, then the engineering database with parameters of molding and fixing is built. The use of CAE is discussed. The results indicate that the CAD system is helpful to the design of the plastic profile extrusion die.
