摘要
A new type of alloy steel for rolls of cold rolling with reduced carbon and silicon contents was recommended to diminish the brittleness and hardened layer which is unfavorable for high carbon steel rolls. The experimental results show that this new steel is suitable for severe working conditions and has excellent mechanical properties and long service life.
