Planning of city logistics hubs based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method

摘要
Based on the empirical planning of logistics hubs of Quzhou city in Zhejiang province, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the planning of city logistics hubs is introduced. First an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for city logistics hubs is proposed to handle the membership of both quantitative and qualitative factors. Secondly a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, the key weight of index system is given by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and each index is evaluated by single factor evaluation. The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show three alternatives for logistics hubs location in Quzhou city and then the practical function planning for each logistics hub is provided.
