摘要
A buyer of Spain's largest paper manufacturer called for a long-term agreement on floor and ceiling prices of scrap paper in order to stabilize the market. The suggestion was made at an international recycling meeting held in May 2001. The stable and adequate pricing of scrap paper would lead to sustained paper recovery and greater reliability at reasonable costs.
