摘要
Photovoltaic generation projects are great part of low-carbon economy. The dispersivity and intermittency of solar energy resource has brought much more risks to investment. Based on the full life cycle theory, the paper has built an indicator system considering risks in pre-construction period, construction period and operation period. TOPSIS method based on grey correlation degree is used for assessment. It’s indicated to provide basis for scheme selection and investment decision. The example analysis proves the feasibility and rationality of the indicator system and assessment method. © Sila Science. All Rights Reserved.
