摘要
The processes of phase formation in the systems Li-N- and Si3N4-Li3N were studied. Lithium nitride Li3N of approximately stoichiometric composition was obtained from lithium powder and nitrogen at 400-600°C. In the system of powders Si3N4-Li3N the most active formation of the triple compounds was observed at 500°C (Li8SiN4), 900°C (Li5SiN3, Li2SiN2) and 1300°C (LiSi2N3). The investigated properties of hot-pressed composition material of system Si3N4-Li3N-Y2O3 are permitted to add its to solid electrolytes.
