摘要
To solve the issues of wind power curtailment and wind turbine maintenance, the economic dispatch model of tower elevator power supply optimization dispatch based on minimum wind power curtailment is constructed under the power supply mode of wind power curtailment+energy storage compensation power=tower elevator energy consumption. Firstly, a power supply mode of the tower elevator is analyzed and a daily power consumption model of the tower elevator are establish, Secondly, the objective function including the energy storage cost, the internal electricity purchase cost of the wind farm, the energy storage compensation for thermal power discharge and the environmental governance cost are constructed, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(IPSO) is proposed to solve the issues of optimal of tower elevator power supply. Finally, a wind farm in Dabancheng, Xinjiang, is used to verify the optimal dispatch model, and a case study shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the model for optimal dispatch of tower elevator power supply is verify © 2019, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
