Electron collisions with tetrafluoroethylene (C2F4) and ethylene (C2H4) molecules

摘要：
The absolute total electron-scattering cross sections for C2F4 and for C2H4 molecules measured in a linear transmission experiment from 0.6 to370 eV was reported. As such, the results for C2F4 were the first experimental total cross section (TCS). The obtained data may be valuable for basic physics and for applications.
