摘要
A methodology to assess and ensure indoor environment qualities (IEQ) in buildings during program, design and management phases is presented. The two different aspects of IEQ studied are an estimated risk of getting health problems from the buildings and an assessment of certain IE factors such as indoor air quality, thermal comfort, sound conditions, lighting conditions, electric environment, tap water quality and surface later quality. The assessment methodology, based on a multi-criteria analysis, explains ten main groups of health problems including comfort problems, intensified joint annoyance due to draught, and sleeping problems due to noise.
