摘要：
A perspective technique that does not require considerable energy consumption was proposed for preparation of quartz-glass-like nonporous silica. The features of silicon tetrachloride hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid solution with stoichiometric SiCl4 to H2O ratio were analyzed in detail. The effect of reaction media temperature on chemical transformations is established.
