The working principle the load-sensing full hydraulic system was introduced in this paper. The co-simulation model of the hydraulic steering system of a loader was established based on AMESim and LMS Virtual.Lab Motion. The dynamic characteristics of the steering process was simulated and analyzed. Comparison of simulation and experiment results shows that the co-simulation model is accurate and credible. The multi-body dynamic model can accurately simulate the system load. It is found by simulation analysis that tire cornering stiffness significantly affects the pressure oscillation of the steering system, thus reducing the stiffness can reduce the pressure fluctuation.
