摘要：
The stiff recycling targets of the Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) are discussed. The free and web based services provided by WRAP are a one-step source of practical information on the use of recycled and secondary aggregates. WRAP has been designed to assist people interested in specifying, purchasing or supplying recycled and secondary aggregates.
