摘要
To increase the base frequency for solar panel of an agile small satellite, a support structure scheme was proposed. Firstly, the Bernoulli beam under the restriction of a cantilever beam was taken as a model, the dynamic characteristics of the cantilever beam were discussed and the force constraint after adding the supporting points was deduced by combining cantilever constraint. Then, the vibration differential equation was re-established and the analytic solution was solved by using five constraints to obtain the vibration frequency and the anchor position relation curve. The results show that the base frequency can be a maximum value when the solar panel with a length of 2 m is at supporting point x0 to be 1.51. The eight constraint equation was used to calculate the same curve to verify the rationality of the present results. By using the Solidworkd software to build a beam model and Snsys software to perform a simulation, two kinds of solar panel first-order vibration modes were obtained. The solar panel after improvement has a higher base frequency and improved vibration characteristics, which can provide references for engineering applications.
