摘要
Choosing the best coal suppliers is an important step in coal supply chain management of thermal power plant. In this paper, at first, the evaluation index system of coal supplier selection is established, according to the existing researches and the real situation of coal supplier selection. Secondly, Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IFS) is introduced to process the uncertain information. Thirdly, IFS-VIKOR method is proposed to evaluate the alternative coal suppliers and the calculation of the specific steps are given. Finally, a real case example shows that this algorithm is scientific and reasonable. ©2014 Binary Information Press
