摘要
It is vital of importance to accurately understand the influence of fluctuation (e.i. uncertainty) of inflow Mach number on aerodynamic performance of diffusion cascades Non-Intrusive Polynomial Chaos expansion method is introduced here to assess this effect. The overall aerodynamic performance and uncertainty of aerodynamic performance of the cascade caused by different random inflow Mach number in different incidence angles are analyzed in this paper. The results show that uncertainty of inflow Mach number does have an impact on aerodynamic performance of the cascade. The more the incidence angle deviates from the design incidence angle, the more sensitive the aerodynamic performance of the cascade is to uncertainty of inflow Mach number, and the sensitive region in cascade passage is various with the change of incidence angle. Moreover, the higher the random inflow Mach number is, the more sensitive the aerodynamic performance of the cascade is to the uncertainty of the random inflow Mach number. © 2020, Science Press.
