摘要
The detailed experimental investigations into highly loaded aspirated compressor cascade with different suction locations and suction flow rates are carried out in low-speed conditions. The effects of suction location and suction flow rate on flow fields of highly loaded aspirated compressor cascade are analyzed. The results show that suction slot location and suction flow rate have pronounced effects on the flow fields of the highly-loaded compressor cascades. The improvement of flow fields is notable at lower suction flow rate. As suction flow rate increases, the accumulation of low energy fluid in the suction corner is alleviated and the separated flow is restrained as well as total loss is observably reduced. The effects of boundary layer suction on the flow fields of cascades increase with the augment of suction flow rate. When boundary layer is sucked from the rear part of the suction surface, flow separation develops fully before the suction position. Therefore, the suppression of flow separation is more effective at higher suction flow rate.
