摘要
The chemical modification of polyester fibres with organophosphorus compounds to improve their flame resistance is studied. The optimum phosphorus concentration in the fibres is found to be 0.55 to 0.57% by weight. Polyester yarns in various forms are produced (tow, preoriented, textured, twisted, filament) and their flammability and tensile properties are investigated.
