摘要
An essential influence on shape stability of deformable sheet blank exerts the initial geometrical and structural inhomogeneities in thickness. A computing model is suggested for stability loss of plastic shape-changing under tension of thin-sheet metal with the said inhomogeneities. The model construction is based on condition of maximum of the deforming force. The diagrams of critical strains, which enable to estimate and correct a stampability of the thin-sheet metal with regard to its inhomogeneities, are given.
