Investment decision on knowledge cooperation for construction supply chain

摘要
This paper took the knowledge cooperation between the owner and contractor as study object, hypnotized that the owner and contractor jointly accomplished the knowledge-input task in different construction engineering life cycle. Then applied principle-agent theory into constructing the investment decision model on knowledge cooperation for construction supply chain, solved and analyzed the model under stackelberg game and cooperative game condition, aiming to analyze the cooperative sustainable condition and proportion of knowledge cooperation for construction supply chain. The objective is to provide a reliable decision and theory direction for construction supply chain knowledge cooperation innovation, thus to achieve project value-adding.
