摘要
The basic stages of development and implementation of high-strength Al and Mg alloys are given. The methods of improvement of strength characteristics and corrosion resistance of light alloys are reviewed. New heat resistant alloys of D25 and 1215 can be used in new generation of supersonic passenger aircraft at operation temperatures of 150-170°C with resources up to 60000 h. The production of weldable 01205 and 1201 Al alloys is mastered. The new generation of heat resistant weldable Al alloys (1150, 1151, 1153, 1177) can be used in place of Ti alloys and stainless steel. The laminated composite materials of Al alloys with fiber glass and steel are characterized. The resource-saving melting and casting processes of Mg alloys without flux in the protective gas media are elaborated.
