摘要
The polymer-coating iron nanoparticles were prepared by NaBH4 reduction process of liquid phase in the micro-reactor formed by PVP-VAc block polymer. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), Ultraviolet spectra(UV) and infrared radiation spectra(IR).The results show that the as-prepared sample is body-centered cubic (bcc) iron. The bcc Fe is nanoparticles of 12-35 nm in diameter and the average diameter is 21 nm. The coercivity of the iron nano-particles is about 15.2 kA/m and the saturation magnetization is 18.6 A·m2/kg. The iron nano-particles aree coated by PVP-VAc block polymer.
