With the implementation of the major strategies, like "industry 4.0 "and" Internet +" which reflect state will, in actual production, conducting agricultural environmental monitoring and control based on the Internet of Things accelerates the development of modernization and higher quality of agriculture. On the basis of hardware, along with the maturity of the Internet of Things, how do the data generated reflect its value and how to conduct monitoring and control on the national agricultural environment through the "big data" generated by the Internet of Things become a serious problem. This paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm in calculating the physical and chemical data obtained from the hardware system monitoring of the Internet of Things, and establishes real-time monitoring and forewarning model of the local agricultural environment, making the value of the data to be fully exploited, and providing a new method and idea of "combining both software and hardware" for the researchers and government decision-makers. © 2016 American Scientific Publishers All rights reserved.
