Automation of process of mixing of components at Ukrgrafit

Process of production of graphite at Ukrainian 'Ukrgrafit' open-end joint stock company has been considered. Method of efficient automation of weighing and mixing of dry components and the binding agent utilized in process of graphite production has been discussed. Computer-aided controlled systems are used in this case. The 'UNICONT' hardware and software complex is used. Local 'Arcnet' network is applied. Structural scheme of computer-aided system for controlling the production process has been presented. Quality of manufactured products has been improved. International certificate for product quality control system has been obtained.
