摘要
Appropriate ways of knowledge representation are needed to represent different types of knowledge. This representation must satisfy the requirements of storage system design, and a knowledge representation method based on chaotic fuzzy logic can effectively represent the complex and blurry knowledge of management decisions. This method expands the region of membership in fuzzy logic from [0, 1] to [-1, 1] by including chaotic fuzzy logic, as the zero cannot represent 'unknown' logic and incomplete knowledge in Zadeh's fuzzy logic. The knowledge representation method based on chaotic fuzzy logic not only expands fuzzy logic theory, it also provides a practical new method for the management of knowledge in public utilities.
