摘要
Much effort is put into making staff aware of the need to take care of information on paper or in electronic form. But the spoken word - almost the oldest of all methods of communication - is largely ignored. Some organisations see tackling this weakness as too daunting a task, and yet history shows us that it's a problem that can successfully be dealt with. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd.
